Full Time 2nd Shift Custodian

$15-$20 per hour based on experience

Nottingham School District has an opening for a second shift custodian. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodian maintenance jobs. Responsibilities include: maintaining, cleaning, and disinfection all areas of a facility. Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, and poosibly snow removal, etc. Successful candidates will have the ability to help to maintain a secure facility at all times to ensure a safe school and working environment. Provide high level customer service for school events and community activities including set-up/clean-up. There is a considerable amount of physical activity as physical work is a primary part of the job. Required physical work examples: heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds.
