Remote Learning Day 2/13/25

Good Evening, Nottingham Families!

Tomorrow’s forecast has us once again preparing for a snowy and icy adventure!  As the winter weather takes hold, we’ve made the decision to switch to a Remote Learning Day on Thursday, February 13th.

While the snowflakes fall and the ice glistens, our dedicated teachers will be ready to welcome students virtually from the warmth and comfort of home so they might avoid those snow shovels. Please check your email or learning platforms for instructions and assignments, and make sure your devices are charged and ready to go - however your child received instruction by their teacher(s).  We will be sure to pile up the learning inside for a day full of winter wonderfulness.

Safety is our top priority, so we encourage everyone to stay cozy, warm, and safe while we continue our learning journey from a distance.

Important Reminders:

  • Be sure to check for class schedules and activities.
  • Students should have their materials and devices ready to go for the day as applicable.
  • Teachers will be waiting for you in the digital world, ready to teach with their best “snow day” enthusiasm as needed. (This may mean email or virtual teaching)

We hope you enjoy the winter wonderland outside (from inside your homes!), and look forward to engaging with everyone tomorrow as outlined by our staff. Stay safe, stay warm, and let's make it a great day of learning!

Stay frosty or warm,

Dr. Ronna HasBrouck
