HVAC Consultant

The Nottingham School District is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with expertise in reviewing system designs, performing detailed analysis, and managing repair and improvement project plans. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide technical expertise, assess existing HVAC systems, and ensure the proper planning and execution of repair and replacement strategies.

· Conduct in-depth reviews of the existing HVAC system, building controls, fuel distribution, and code compliance to evaluate efficiency, performance, and compliance with industry standards. Identify areas for improvement and identify causes of current system malfunction.

· Advise on project proposals and manage project plans for HVAC system repairs and replacements. Coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure minimal disruption to operations. Work closely with service providers, administration, and stakeholders. 

· Ensure cost estimates are accurate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication skills 

Knowledge of industry standards
